金融市場的黑暗面

大家都知道昨夜美國道瓊一口氣狂瀉接近千點又猛拉數百點拉回。有些人說是錯帳，但是是否錯帳無關緊要，真正值得關注的是在後來出現的這個新聞 (在這邊有中譯)：
Nasdaq 決定取消 14:40 - 15:00 之間跌幅超過 60% 的交易。但是 Nasdaq 聲明他們系統狀況沒有問題。他們系統既然沒問題，幹嘛要取消交易？多半是因為有甚麼有權有勢的人或公司賠慘了吧。TheStreet 的報導還有一段話：
This decision cannot be appealed. 換句話說就是不能上訴，老子說了算。今天如果是你，做錯了買賣，賠了一屁股錢，誰會理你？大家都會告訴你，金融市場要自負盈虧，風險要管好，資金控管要嚴格。
但是如果你是市場上的大莊家，當然另當別論，你可以自訂遊戲規則。別人打出安打，你可以說這局不算重來；相反的你打出安打，你可以出去巡迴演講，要別人有運動家精神尊重市場自由機制。
很黑暗，對不對？這也不是第一次了，以前 CBOT 也發生過類似的事情。
