Legal Music Downloads At 35%, Soon To Pass Piracy
Here's an slashdot from reuters, mentioning that legal music downloads are reaching 35% of market share, closing the gap with illegal downloads. It also predicts the trend will continue to pass pirate downloads.
Geez, 35%... There are times like this when I can't imagine how these numbers come up... Am I unplugged from the real world or something ? Are there really so much pay download users? Yeah I know iTunes is hot, but this is way too much...

News on NiP and the Mysterious 1911

NiP 在驚濤駭浪之中, 以新的 lineup 得到了 ESWC qualifier 頭銜, 取得了前往今年法國 ESWC 參賽的機票。然而在這次 Sweden ESWC 過程當中, 原本被踢出 NiP 的 SpawN, ahl, vilden 組了一隊 "1911" 報名參賽, 還找了 Hyper 和原 SSV 的 Snajdan。
就在眾人期待 NiP 和 1911 的正面對決的時候, 1911 在最後關頭放棄參賽。流言指出是因為 NiP 的壓力迫使 SpawN、ahl、vilden 不能參賽。

今天早上上班經過木柵高工, 不知道今天是不是學校新生什麼活動的日子, 一堆補習班的工讀生在附近發傳單、擺攤位、做問卷。
啊我像往常一樣從旁邊走過去的時候, 突然就一個工讀生像是發現漏網之魚一般, 往我衝過來, 問著:「同學, 你升高一嗎？」同時右手握著原子筆、左手拿著問卷, 臉上的興奮表情似乎說明了即將開張
的喜悅。
我能說什麼? 「....」

Ingame voicechat 有多重要?

NiP 分家的消息在 eSports 界仍然餘波盪漾。(請參照 http://blog.360.yahoo.com/mingchiaolee?p=161)
今天又看到以色列的 eSrael, 針對這個問題對 HeatoN 作了訪問。(link at http://www.e-srael.org/features.php?id=42)
不過最讓我感受深刻的, 倒是這一段話:
Jeremie: What are the most important attributes you expect from a team mate, beside an outstanding aim of course :) ?
HeatoN: Teamplay / Talk alot, i mean u can be an awesome aimer, who doesnt have any teamplay at all, or never talks ingame and that really brings down the team. A team where everybody shoots good and talks alot gives it total control over the game, and alot of self confidence boost.
mix tp 的時候, 常常有人本來用 mic 相當健談, 但是一開始 tp 馬上安靜無聲。也有人在 pub 本來佔著龜點或是靠撿骨就可以狂殺, 但是跑位不走火線不看, 一到了 tp 馬上讓同伴怎麼死的都不知道。
這種隊友再準有什麼用? 也不過就是砲王而已。準度從來就不是最重要的, 當然準度也絕對是必備條件。但是準度可以練, 光練準度而沒有團隊默契、不肯報給隊友狀態的人, 不改就沒藥救了。
很多人不明白, 其實, 有時候甚至只是哈拉, 都可以幫助隊友增加對遊戲節奏的掌握程度。
