$30 不到的自製冷氣?

加拿大有位老兄使用了不到 $30 加幣的材料組成了一個自製的 "冷氣機"。主要構成物是電扇和垃圾筒。That's right, 垃圾筒 XD

原理看來跟 "涼風扇" 差不多...
